What are your shipping policies?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and charge a single shipping rate of $8 for every order. Your order should arrive in 2-3 days; it may, however, take up to a week. 

For Gainesville, GA. residents, we offer a “local pickup” option in checkout, and will contact the customer to arrange for a meeting place. Our apologies, but no sales will be made to "walk-in" customers.

We do not do international shipping, but will send orders to APO addresses in the U.S.

Please note that if you order any pre-order soaps, your entire order will ship when the pre-order soap ships. Please see the description of the pre-order item for further details on its estimated ship date.


Are there any common coupons or sales you offer?

The best way to keep up with sales and discounts is to receive the newsletter. You can sign up on the website at www.secretgardensoap.com. We will also announce specials and present previews of products on social media, so look for Secret Garden on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Established customers may pay with personal check. Currently there is no minimum order size.


What is your return policy?

At Secret Garden, we are confident that you will be pleased with our products; if any items haven't met your expectations, please email us at mary@secretgardensoap.com, or call (770) 653-7664 within 14 days of purchase, for exchange or credit. Returns can be made by mail via prepaid Priority US Mail. Please email or call us as soon as possible to cancel and order placed online.

What should I do if I'd like to order an item that is out of stock or discontinued? 

If you place an order and an item is out of stock, we will delete that item and process the balance of the order. We do not create backorders, but will post items online as soon as they are back in stock.

If there is an item that is discontinued, please email us, and we may be able to create a special order for you, if the supplies are still available to us. Our smallest soap batch for special order is 11 bars.


Can I order custom soap?

We create custom soaps for weddings, showers and corporate events. We ask eight weeks’ notice, to give us time to discuss the order and create it for you. We also require a 50% deposit when a custom order is made. There are no returns on custom orders.


May I place a wholesale order?

We are happy to sell a portion of our product line at wholesale prices to gift shops, garden centers, spas, and other establishments. Please call or email to get our wholesale terms and pricing.
